Information: GENERAL MANGER
The General Manager is the chief executive of a vital student program employing and supervising nine individuals and working with a large number of student volunteers. The General Manager's primary responsibility is to plan, direct, and monitor all station operations, and to assume ultimate responsibility for the station.
The General Manager serves for at least one academic year, works 10/hours per week and reports to the Faculty Advisor. The General Manager is responsible for all internal operations including supervising program scheduling, maintaining budgets, coordinating volunteer disc jockeys, managing the station automation, planned station remote broadcasts including but not limited to GMA, and various campus events.

The GM is also responsible for the following areas:
• Schedule all commercials, and fundraising.
• Be knowledgeable of Radio station operations and to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, both internal and external.
• Serve as a liaison for the radio station with NWC departments, KTIS, and the general public.
• Coordinate and run all radio staff meetings
• Accept or reject of new program material (with Program Director).
• Establish training Sessions for incoming students
• Build strong relationships with other NWC campus offices such as student council, newspaper and administration.
• Participate in quarterly evaluation process with Faculty Adviser.
