Christmas with Dignity

Chistmas with DignityLooking for a local outreach to inspire and involve your employees or customers during Christmas?

Christmas with Dignity™ has replaced a hand-out with a hand-up for 15 years.
Christmas with Dignity™ unites a community in a season of sharing. Toys donated by Twin Cities' residents provide a dignified Christmas for low-income or disadvantaged Twin Cities' residents.

Dignity: It’s what makes this Christmas program special.

Here’s why we call it dignified:Christmas with Dignity

• We do not make people feel they are getting a handout
• Low income families purchase these gifts
• Prices are reduced 80-90% off retail costs • Parents and guardians shop our “store” much like any other retail location
• We do not pre-select gifts. Participants select the gifts they want for their families

And the best part! The proceeds from the sale will go back into the community to support local programs.
We ask that you donate a gift that you would want to give your child, niece, nephew or grandchild. We ask that gifts be new, unwrapped, and non-violent. Ethnic dolls, sporting goods, and small electronics are very popular. Anything you'd give a pre-school to high school aged child. Items for older youth are always needed. Clothing items (like a cool sweatshirt), electronics, and bath and body products go quickly.
Thinking of donating a bike, computer, camera, or Ipod? Wow! They're so popular, we actually hold drawings for these large ticket items during each shopping time slot for an added benefit for our families. Yes, we take stocking stuffers too!
